FOR ORDERS

Payments  :  At the present moment we only accept PAYPAL. We won't ship the merchandises until your money order has been cashed.

Invoice  :  For a copy of invoice please contact us by phone or email, do prepare your order number before you contact us.

Cancellation  :  You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped and it is within 24 hours from the time you placed your order. If over 24 hours, you are required to pay 10% on your purchase for the restocking. If your order has been shipped, you can choose to return it to us and contact us.

SHIPPING

Shipping Companies  :  We provide Speedpost EMS, which is a normal duration for about 2-3 weeks. And Speedpost Courier DHL, which is faster for about 1-2 weeks.

If you wish to change the shipping address, kindly contact us.

If your not around on the day of delivery, the Shipping company will leave a not for you. If unclaimed for over the period specified, the Parcel will be returned to the sender. You need to pay for extra shipping charges. In this case, please contact the nearest post office or you may contact us for the information.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Or if you're not at home to sign on the deliver, please let us know so we will mark it clear on the deliver material. Take note that we still CANNOT guarantee the postman will do as it is not the common practice.

RETURN

Our Customer's satisfaction is still our goal! If you are not satisfied with the items you recieved regardless the reason(s), please return to our warehouse. Please also let us know if you wish to have your item(s) EXCHANGE or REFUND by enclosing the orginal shipping slip and by filling up the Return Form. We would appreciate if you can enclose your reason(s) for return or comments in details that will help us improve the quality of our service and products.
